Xi pointed out that this year, in the face of global turbulence and changes, China-Russia relations have maintained a good momentum of development. Economic and trade cooperation between the two countries is steadily advancing, and the Heihe-Blagoveshchensk road bridge was opened to traffic, opening a new channel of interconnection between the two countries. China is ready to work with the Russian side to promote bilateral practical cooperation. China is willing to continue mutual support with the Russian side on issues of core interests and major concerns such as sovereignty and security, close strategic cooperation between the two countries, strengthen communication and coordination in the United Nations, BRICS, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and other important international and regional organizations, promote solidarity and cooperation among emerging market countries and developing countries, and promote the international order and global governance to develop in a more just and reasonable direction.
